If you aren’t totally in love with how your panties feel or fit, simply exchange or return within 30 days (from your date of delivery). Just want your money back? No worries, returns are simple. Just email us to let us know (Note: initial shipping rates are non-refundable).

Just email us with your request, after we’ve been clear with your requirement and confirm that the item remains in its original condition, we will provide you with the return address. You can contact your courier and send the item back. Once we confirmed the delivery of your item, an exchange will be shipped and the tracking number will be updated.

Exchanges and returns are processed 1 to 2 business days after we receive the returned item. Once we’ve confirmed that the item is already on its way back to our warehouse, your replacement item will be delivered through your original shipping method.

For refunds, it only takes 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect to your account. If you do not see the refund back in your account after 10 days, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first.
